CIC (Completely in the Canal)
Very small, custom-made hearing aids that fit completely in your earcanal. Great cosmetically, suitable for mild to moderate hearing losses.

Slightly bigger than the CIC hearing aids. Due to the bigger size, it allows for more power, therefore it is suitable for mild to moderately severe hearing loss. It has a bigger battery, which means longer battery life.
ITE (In the Ear)
Bigger than the ITC, and easier to handle. Due to its bigger size, it is possible to have more features added to the hearing aid
ITE-FS (In the Ear Full-shell)
The biggest of the custom-made hearing aids. Bigger battery, which means longer battery life. Covers mild to severe hearing losses. Due to its size, it is possible to have manual features such as volume control added to it.
RIC (Receiver in the Canal)
It looks like the Behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids, however, it has the speaker part in the ear, which improves the sound quality significantly. It is smaller and cosmetically more appealing for younger people. Covers mild to severe hearing losses. Not suitable for people who have moisture in the ears (from exercising, for example) or with wax-build-up problems.
BTE (Behind the Ear)
The most versatile of hearing aids, suitable for mild to profound hearing losses. Bigger batteries, which means longer battery life. Due to its size, it is easier to handle and can have many features added to it.
Assistive Listening Devices
We also offer Assistive Listening devices such as remote controls, television devices, telephone that transmits the speaker’s voice directly into both hearing aids and devices to further help you in challenging listening devices.
Bluetooth devices: Television, phone and mini microphones can enhance the hearing experience by wirelessly transmitting the sound you want to hear directly into your ears so background sounds don’t interfere with your enjoyment of hearing.
FM
FM: Compatible with Cochlear Implants as well as many of our hearing aids, FM offers unrivalled signal enhancement. In fact in the noisiest environments those with FM technology can now receive a clearer signal than those with normal hearing. Historically FM devices were only for those with severe and profound hearing loss and were big and cumbersome and tended to be reserved for static educational settings only, now that they are compact, often invisible and performance has improved dramatically as the frequency band has expanded and as a results they are being chosen by those with milder losses to make communication easier.
Roger
Roger is a wireless microphone that connects directly to compatible hearing aids. Hearing aids alone provide the most benefit when a speaker is within 1.5 metres of the listener. This is where Roger comes in to boost hearing aid performance. The Roger Select microphone is an excellent device which is worn by the speaker or placed close to people speaking, allowing clearer, more audible signals reach the patients ear, even when the speaker is wearing a mask. It can also be placed on a table, for example during a family meal, can connect to both TV and computer audio bringing those sounds directly into your ears. Roger can benefit both your work and private aspects of life. Research suggests that speech understanding improves up to 61% in a group conversation when using Roger compared to hearing aids alone.
